**Role Overview**:
As our SEO & Growth Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing our website and digital assets for growth. Your primary goal will be to implement data-driven SEO strategies to drive traffic, improve organic search rankings, and contribute to business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives align with our business goals and KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve site visibility and rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and site structure for maximum SEO impact.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to monitor site performance and growth metrics.
- Track and report on key SEO KPIs, including traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and more.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve SEO performance and drive business results.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to implement growth strategies across different channels (organic, paid, social, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with innovative techniques to scale traffic and revenue.
- Work with the content team to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.
- Provide guidelines for keyword targeting, content structure, and linking strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, growth analysis, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technical aspects that impact SEO.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth hacking techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and present actionable insights to improve SEO and growth.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.
- Experience with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and web development basics.
