Your Role as an Intern in Brand Management:
You will be offered an internship in a multi-functional Brand team - organized around the brands that we sell (Tide, Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, OralB, Head&Shoulders, .) - consisting of managers with different functional expertise and background (Brand Management, but also Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising and Media agencies)
These are some examples of internship assignments that you could have:
+ You will Co-lead a new launch or evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product.
+ You will Lead monthly market & brand analysis, capture input of multi-functional team to recommend corrective actions for a specific category/initiative
+ You will Work on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR). Lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on execution

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. As part of the Marketing and Communication team, this role is fully connected into resources in their region; Marketing and Communication Managers liaise and build deep partnerships with their regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to verify all local, social, and digital marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for the organization. This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel. **CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
**Required:**
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Hotel Marketing and Advertising**
- Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, Director of Marketing Communications, and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams.
- Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
- Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
- Manages F&B media schedules and verifies prompt settlement of accounts.
- Partners with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading, verifying advertisement targeting is correctly directed at relevant consumer groups
- Executes email marketing, and display advertising.
- Maintains frequent, active engagement with Cluster eCommerce manager to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.
- Verifies all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.
**Social Media Content Management**
- Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
- Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
**Public Relations and Visual Asset Management**
- Develops a comprehensive PR plan per quarter along with agency and and executes post sign-off from GM.
- Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contracts, with particular emphasis on food critics and bloggers.
- Manages assigned accounts as per the media account management system.
- Writes and distributes all press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets.
- Manages the execution of hotel sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities.
- Supports pull through of impactful PR strategy & activities to drive quality press coverage through media engagement, in alignment with communications objectives.
- Verifies the news clippings and other online, print, and social media mention report is completed on a monthly basis for property distribution.
- Manages external vendors and media agencies; works with agency partners and continent PR leader to identify strategic media buys for their hotel(s).
- Surfaces and vets PR leads from the continent PR Leader regarding which are the best media to promote the hotel.
- Supports the co-ordination of photography for F&B advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the regional field marketing teams.
- Manages photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the cluster or area marketing team.
- Acts as central point of contact for regionally approved local photographers for food, amenity, and property imagery; coordinates with area or cluster marketing to verify all photography adheres to brand voice.
**Direct Marketing and Collateral Development**
- Coordinates and executes Hotel and F&B printed materials.
- Controls quantity and inventory of all Hotel marketing collateral and verifies copies are filed in a comprehensive manner.
- Assists in the production of all property, F&B display, and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
- Promotes collection of competitors collateral and publicity on a monthly basis.
- Manages the execution of F&B direct marketing activities.
- Verifies all collateral is as per brand standard guidelines and in compliance with Brand Standard Audit (BSA).

- Assists and manages the development, co-ordination and execution of all communications activities with a strong emphasis on property F&B promotions and campaigns.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The **Marketing Specialist, New Models** oversees marketing campaigns and execution for one of our global new models suppliers. This will include development of marketing plans specific to this segment and development of programs to support the global business plan. With a strong understanding of demand generation tactics, you will have previously planned and executed campaigns that target and nuture specific personas to leads, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. You will work closely with the Product Marketing and Commercial Sales teams in the development and implementation of campaigns. **Key Activities**

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. Read and analyze banquet event order in order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc. Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements. Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. **Job Description**
Au sein de l'équipe du digital COE, le stagiaire participera à l'élaboration de solutions techniques sur des projets visant le développement de nouvelles chambres de coupure à faible empreinte carbone.
Dans le cadre du développement de nouvelles solutions digitales au sein du digital Centre D'excellence pour le monitoring des équipements Haute tension (disjoncteurs/Sectionneurs/Transformateurs de puissance), **les sujets de stage proposés porteront sur :**
**1.** **Elaboration d'un simulateur Monitoring gaz isolant sur des organes de coupures électrique haute tension (Disjoncteurs/Sectionneurs).**
**2.** **Développement d'une application d'analyse et filtration des régimes transitoires courant/Tension lors de manœuvres Disjoncteurs Haute tension, dans le cadre du CSD 100 (Controlled Switching Devices)**
**3.** **Elaboration d'un simulateur de concentrations des différents gazs dissous dans de l'huile isolante de transformateurs de puissance.**
Le/la/Les stagiaire (s) sera formé(e) au cours de la première période de la mission à l'environnement de l'appareillage haute-tension, aux HMI/IED.
Il/Elle pourra également être amené(e) à contribuer sur d'autres sujets annexes en relation avec les besoins du projet.
Il / Elle pourra également être amen(é) à réaliser de la programmation en lien avec le sujet de stage sur des IED.
