**Job Description**
Rattaché (e) au Responsable Compte Client vos missions principales consisteront à gérer :

**2.** **Développement d'une application d'analyse et filtration des régimes transitoires courant/Tension lors de manœuvres Disjoncteurs Haute tension, dans le cadre du CSD 100 (Controlled Switching Devices)**
**3.** **Elaboration d'un simulateur de concentrations des différents gazs dissous dans de l'huile isolante de transformateurs de puissance.**
Le/la/Les stagiaire (s) sera formé(e) au cours de la première période de la mission à l'environnement de l'appareillage haute-tension, aux HMI/IED.
Il/Elle pourra également être amené(e) à contribuer sur d'autres sujets annexes en relation avec les besoins du projet.
Il / Elle pourra également être amen(é) à réaliser de la programmation en lien avec le sujet de stage sur des IED.

**General Description of the Role**

**Mission/Objectives**

The mission of the role is the joint **development and execution of trade marketing strategy, plans and activities** to support business results in the country, which compliments consumer-marketing and portfolio strategy in place, working closely with **sales reps and customers sales and marketing teams for its execution.**

**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Responsible for brand building activities at the point of sale (both on trade and off trade channels);
- Implement and deliver local annual trade marketing plans in line with strategic priorities for the key brand/market combinations, with the ultimate goal of enhancing visibility, consumer/shopper and bartender engagement at the point of sale;
- Works closely with Drinks Senior Brand Manager, Drinks Brand Ambassador Campari and Drinks Sales team to plan and execute BTL activities in the different channels; develops training material and coaches customers and point of sales staff on key brand attributes and promotional execution;
- Responsible for coordinating with POS suppliers appointed by Drinks Senior Brand Manager for implementation and execution of different activities contained in the marketing plans; follow through to ensure proper execution of POS materials, gifts, brand kits and visibility items;
- Performs extensive field visits together with Drinks Sales Managers in a systematic and recurring way to get first hand insights on the different outlets and locations, incl. issues and opportunities;
- Jointly with Drinks Senior Brand Manager and Sales Managers is responsible to identify key outlets and venues where to build close partnerships and brand building activities;
- Manage and track BTL activities’ performance and ROI; analyses consumer trends, in store visibility activities, sales performances in order to propose new strategies and activities and provide inputs into the yearly strategic & budget exercises.

**External**: Third Party Distributors sales & marketing teams; BTL Agencies; POS suppliers

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 5 years’ trade marketing experience with demonstrated career progression
- Relevant experience in FMCG in Morocco is a must; experience in the Spirits/Beverage industry is a strong plus
- Sales and/or consumer marketing experiences are a plus
- Experience in Premium brands development in a structured multinational context
- University Degree with a major in Marketing
