**JOB SUMMARY**

The Associate Manager, Trade Marketing MOROCCO plays a key role in the following:
Track the Sales department IMP:
Follows up the yearly promotional and activity calendar for Sales initiatives to improve sales fundamentals In-store Excellence:
Track in-store fundamentals with different partners/customers In-store Promotions:
The Associate Manager, Trade Marketing MOROCCO contributes in designing tailored trade promotions for key customers based on shopper profiling (i.e.: Stationery Loyal program execution, follow-up, and post-analysis) in coordination with the Moroccan Sales team Category Management:
Develop category captainship in the fast-growing MMM channel, in coordination with the Line Manager and MMM Channel Manager.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS**
- Recommend and implement consistent Annual Trade Marketing Plans to build and grow BIC Stationery, Lighter & Shaver categories in Morocco, maximizing growth and profit and ensuring achievement of Trade Marketing Objectives.
- Manage the implementation of the trade marketing activities for BIC Stationery, Lighter & Shaver via Initiative Master Plans, which implies: Working closely with the Line manager and channel managers to achieve the budget Acting as a liaison between BIC and local stakeholders (partners, suppliers, sub-distributors, Key Accounts, Wholesalers... etc.) to ensure proper implementation of the plans.
- Directing and making the needed follow-ups with external agencies in the creation and execution of the initiatives Develop and analyze reports and demonstrate an understanding of the market, categories, competitors, and customers in Morocco Identify key issues, trends, and opportunities to increase sales and help in growing the business in volume and value.
- Monitor and recommend the Stationery, Lighter & Shaver trade marketing budgets for Morocco. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and execute plans accordingly. Supports Line manager by: Appraising Morocco Trade Marketing initiatives by communicating on them via Flash reports, Yammer, Newsletters
- Training Sales teams and customers when needed

**Key Performance Indicators / Key Figures**
- Sales Growth vs. BUD Numeric & Weighted Distribution MSL tracking per channel Results and ROI of key Stationery, Lighter & Shaver trade marketing initiatives (design, implementation, performance, and evaluation)
- Meeting deadlines / Respecting timelines of Stationery, Lighter & Shaver Trade Marketing Plans and their executions
- Promotional execution based on POS, right SKUs, right location and uplift MMM
- Share of Shelf/leaflets insertions Respect for the trade marketing budget
- Scheduled market visits across all channels in Morocco
- Continuous interaction with the Line Manager, Marketing, and Sales teams
