**What will I be doing?**

**Job Description**
- Gérer et maintenir l'ensemble des moyens bancs de tests (constitution.)
- Garantir un état des stocks permettant la réalisation des opérations de maintenance préventives et curatives
- Assurer l'élaboration et l'évolution des plans de maintenance préventive et prédictive
- Gérer la sous-traitance interne ou externe au service
- Enregistrer les incidents apparaissant sur les bancs de tests
- Acquérir l'ensemble des compétences pour pouvoir valider un banc de test lors d'intervention
- Assurer le dépannage/maintenance des moyens industriels
- Valider les interventions réalisées par des tests fonctionnels et renseigner la GMAO et les carnets de bord sur ses interventions
- Participer à la fiabilisation des bancs de test suite au retour d'expérience sur les pannes détectées
- Faire des propositions d'amélioration dans le but d'améliorer le taux de disponibilité des moyens
- Participer avec la conception aux choix de solutions techniques lors de la réalisation de nouveaux bancs
- Se tenir informé des nouvelles technologies
- Prévenir les pannes potentielles en étant à l'écoute des opérateurs (aléas répétitif, micro arrêts) et en signalant les anomalies décelées lors des interventions.
- Gérer la métrologie site et assurer les méthodes de vérification et d'étalonnage d'instruments et d'appareils.

Gère les projets Informatiques du site de Tiflet, administre et gère l'infrastructure (serveurs) du site dans le but d'assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles du SI
PROJET

**Job Description**
Rattaché au Responsable Production & Excellence Opérationnelle, vous vous assurerez de la pertinence et de l'efficacité des processus et plans d'actions auxquels vous participerez. Les principaux enjeux de votre mission seront :
- Le déploiement local du Lean en cohérence avec les standards du Groupe Safran, et les objectifs stratégiques Power (One safran, QRQC)
- Le déploiement du Lean intégré pour de meilleures performances, en donnant un avis sur la performance des processus internes, au travers des KPIs
- Le support et la mise en place de formations visant à instaurer et développer la culture Lean
Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront de :
- Accompagner le Comité de Direction du site sur le suivi des plans de progrès.
- S'assurer de la réalisation de la feuille de route Lean.
- Animer les chantiers d'amélioration (One Safran, VSM, 5S, Innovations participatives.)
- Former les managers, les services support, les opérationnels du site pour développer leurs compétences conformément au plan de formation, en utilisant les modules de formation standards
- Assurer le suivi des tableaux de bord Lean du site, des indicateurs de performance, des processus ainsi que les gains réalisés
- Elaborer et rédiger les standards Lean
- Communiquer sur les bonnes pratiques Lean Sites dans le cadre du processus des Innovations Participatives
- Apporter votre contribution en émettant des suggestions permettant d'améliorer standards et procédures
- Animer et évaluer en permanence les activités Lean du site
- Formaliser le reporting Lean mensuel au Comité site
