**Primary Job Function**
Reporting to the General manager, the Commercial Lead defines the organization long-range strategic plan and ensures that plan objectives are achieved. **Sales Performance:**
+ Monitor Plan/LBE Sales and P&L figures on a monthly basis and Achieve the sales Plan/LBE targets

+ Review all the approval forms, for all activities, to ensure timely accruals
+ Recognizes any issues for the country, anticipate problems, or opportunities and determines whether action is needed
+ Prepares for profitability analysis for all the products marketed and assess all new product opportunities and prepare all the country Update and Plan country submission, with the support of finance team
**Market intelligence & Business Development**
+ Actively seek, identify, analyse and exploit new business opportunities.
+ Utilizes in-depth analysis of business data of appropriate data sources to evaluate local opportunities or close existing gaps.
+ Ensure robust plan is in place for new product launches and ensure successful execution
+ Obtain feedback from market and team leaders prior to producing/preparing any promotional materials.
+ Obtain Marketing Intelligence from the markets on a regular basis and build on assumptions whilst planning/forecasting.
**Commercial Strategy**
+ Resource allocation: Identifies more critical and less critical activities and assignments; adjusts priorities when appropriate.
+ Determines project/assignment requirements by breaking them down into tasks and identifying types of equipment, materials, and people needed.
+ Integrates information from a variety of sources from the local pharma market; detects trends, associations, and cause-effect relationships.
+ Ensure optimal relationship with distributors when it comes to timely orders, inventory level, DSO.
+ Leads Business Excellence initiatives, developing a high-performance organization
**People management**
+ Develop and manage people.
+ Ensure the effective implementation and follow up of Performance Excellence Program for subordinates:
+ Provide direction to facilitate goal setting process in line with Corporate and Division goals; monitor progress;
+ Measure results; reward incentive/ merit payments; performance appraisals.
+ Develop subordinates to facilitate succession planning.
+ Develop, update and maintain position descriptions as required for relevant staff within the division.
+ Ensure realization of the core job responsibilities.
+ Select and interview new recruits to the team according to the company' s recruitment & selection process.
+ Effectively use orientation tools in order to orient people who are newly joint to the team.
+ Prepare training and growth plan for each direct report; plan and follow up trainings.
**Business partnering**
+ Build Abbott's image with the Key Opinion Leaders and Customers, including Health authorities.
+ Create network with external stake holders.
+ Oversee all types of contracts, employees, distribution, TPMs in coordination with GM and Legal department.
+ Participate in TPM selection, through audit visits and commercial negotiation.
**Compliance**
+ Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
+ Ensure Abbott code of conduct, FCPA and local regulations are fully implemented and adhered to.

**Job Description**
Gère les projets Informatiques du site de Tiflet, administre et gère l'infrastructure (serveurs) du site dans le but d'assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles du SI
PROJET
- Réalisation de projets d'installation de nouveaux services
- Recueil l'expression de besoin du métier et traduction en solution technique
- Pilote le déploiement de nouvelles architectures ou de nouveaux services
- Garantit l'application des standards SAFRAN et d'SAO (ITRB, MSR, .)
- Assure la prise en charge et le suivi des demandes ponctuelles du métier
SYSTEMES
- Assure la gestion de l'infrastructure serveurs du site de Tilfet ( MCO, MAJ Documentations , Installation et configuration de nouveaux services, systèmes et applications )
- Participe au maintien en conditions opérationnelles de notre infrastructure, des logiciels, des applications et des outils de gestion de systèmes dans le but d'accroitre la résilience du SI aux risques cybers
- La rédaction et l'actualisation de la documentation du SI du site
- Diagnostique et assure la résolution d'incidents de fonctionnement des applications et outils métiers en relation avec les utilisateurs, les intégrateurs et éditeurs
- Suit et Optimise l'utilisation de l'outil informatique .

**Job Description**
Rattaché au Responsable Production & Excellence Opérationnelle, vous vous assurerez de la pertinence et de l'efficacité des processus et plans d'actions auxquels vous participerez. Les gains de performance attendus s'appliquent à la qualité, la ponctualité des livraisons, le lead time, la réduction des stocks et des dérives ainsi que l'amélioration des conditions de travail des équipes (ergonomie, organisation des postes de travail, etc.) et la sécurité.
Les principaux enjeux de votre mission seront :
- Le déploiement local du Lean en cohérence avec les standards du Groupe Safran, et les objectifs stratégiques Power (One safran, QRQC)
- Le déploiement du Lean intégré pour de meilleures performances, en donnant un avis sur la performance des processus internes, au travers des KPIs
- Le support et la mise en place de formations visant à instaurer et développer la culture Lean
Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront de :
- Accompagner le Comité de Direction du site sur le suivi des plans de progrès.
- S'assurer de la réalisation de la feuille de route Lean.
- Animer les chantiers d'amélioration (One Safran, VSM, 5S, Innovations participatives.)
- Former les managers, les services support, les opérationnels du site pour développer leurs compétences conformément au plan de formation, en utilisant les modules de formation standards
- Assurer le suivi des tableaux de bord Lean du site, des indicateurs de performance, des processus ainsi que les gains réalisés
- Elaborer et rédiger les standards Lean
- Communiquer sur les bonnes pratiques Lean Sites dans le cadre du processus des Innovations Participatives
- Apporter votre contribution en émettant des suggestions permettant d'améliorer standards et procédures
- Animer et évaluer en permanence les activités Lean du site
- Formaliser le reporting Lean mensuel au Comité site
