**Job Description**
Vous contribuez à la maîtrise et à la performance du pilotage des projets majeurs, en assurant le support aux équipes opérationnelles, sur l'atteinte de leurs objectifs de coûts, délais, qualité, en passant par la maîtrise des risques et opportunités et la maîtrise des livrables sous le pilotage fonctionnel du responsable de projet.
Vous assurez, par délégation du directeur du projet selon les périmètres de responsabilité, les rôles et missions suivantes :
- décline les standards outils société et est garant du respect des processus de pilotage
- organise et anime le processus de pilotage (revues, jalons, décisions et actions)
- réalise la planification, synchronise et consolide la planification intégrée pour la partie projet et métiers, et alerte (jalons clés et livrables)
- intègre les plannings des partenaires et vérifie les enchaînements
- consolide et analyse les dépenses, les coûts prévisionnels, les coûts réels (NRC et RC) et les coûts à terminaison
- réalise le pilotage de l'EVM (Earn Value Management)
- pilote la performance du processus Technico-éco, consolide et alerte
- pilote la performance du processus de pilotage des risques/ opportunités, consolide et alerte
- gère l'information de pilotage (indicateurs, reporting, documents de pilotage, tableaux de bords)
- propose des scénarios pour décisions et contribue à la préparation des dossiers d'arbitrage
- supporte et coache les équipes opérationnelles sur les processus de pilotage (pilotage programme, projet, pilotage de lots, management visuel, démarche de progrès)
- supporte les équipes opérationnelles pour le maintien du référentiel de pilotage (incluant la formation)
- contribue au retour d'expérience du pilotage et contribue ainsi aux démarches de progrès des périmètres confiés
**Job Requirements**
De formation BAC+5, vous possédez une expérience significative de 07 à 10 ans dans la gestion de projet / PMO Opérationnel / PMO M&O dans le domaine de l'aéronautique et ou de l'automobile
-Un contexte international peut être présent nécessitant un bon niveau d'anglais.
-Vous avez une autonomie sur les tâches qui vous sont confiées et un bon relationnel.
-Vous présentez des compétences affirmées en :
- Pilotage de programme et / ou de projet, notamment avec les outils MS Project / Primevera / Planisware (référentiels, planification, technico-économique, risques)
- Monitoring de la performance (KPI)
- Monitoring des couts et budgets
- Planification complexe
- Conduite de changement
- Techniques de Design to Cost ou Design to Value serait Première expérience réussie dans la vente souhaitée. Une expérience dans les services d'ingénierie est obligatoire.
-La connaissance des secteurs Aéronautique et Spatial est un plus.

A Switchboard Telephonist accepts, delivers and responds to Guest and management messages, enquiries and emergencies and uses their knowledge of the hotel facilities, services, and the local vicinity to quickly respond to the customer.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Switchboard Telephonist, you will accept, deliver and respond to Guest and management messages, enquiries and emergencies using their knowledge of the hotel facilities, services, and the local vicinity to quickly respond to the customer. A Switchboard Telephonist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
+ Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management
+ Ensure all wake up calls take place at the correct time
+ Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and service and use up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when the appropriate
+ Handle emergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required
+ Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
+ Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
+ Attend appropriate training courses, when required
+ Demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services, local attractions and landmarks in the hotel vicinity
+ Follow company brand standards
+ Assist other departments, as necessary
