-Un contexte international peut être présent nécessitant un bon niveau d'anglais.
-Vous avez une autonomie sur les tâches qui vous sont confiées et un bon relationnel.
-Vous présentez des compétences affirmées en :
- Pilotage de programme et / ou de projet, notamment avec les outils MS Project / Primevera / Planisware (référentiels, planification, technico-économique, risques)
- Monitoring de la performance (KPI)

**Job Description**

**Qualifications:**

**What you'll do:**
As a **Quotation Engineer** , you will interface with sales engineers and partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and system integrators, to provide commercial pre-sales support.
**Your key responsibilities will be:**
+ Offer technical and commercial assistance to the sales organization and customers.
+ Provide guidance, documentation, and competitor comparisons through various communication channels.
+ Handle inquiries related to delivery-to-order, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order solutions from the EATON Electrical portfolio.
+ Draft technical quotes based on electrical diagrams, material lists, and competitor catalogs.
+ Assist in selecting components from the EATON product portfolio and competitors.
+ Manage RFQs, ensuring professional support for the sales organization, including quote registration in CRM and creation of Bills of Materials (BOM).
+ Aid in quote registration, opportunity management, and technical solution drafting using tools like BidManager and Configurator
+ Support the development of engineering software and tools for design and quotations.
+ Acquire expertise in specific product families and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
+ Your role will be essential in enhancing sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical assistance.
**Qualifications:**
+ BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree
**Skills:**
+ Proven experience in sales/technical support or quotations for electrical productsGood understanding of low voltage electric products and systems, protections devices and related applications.
+ Capability to understand and read electrical one-line diagrams and circuits schematics.
+ Experience with usage of electrical design software, CRM and CAD. Knowledge of EPLAN, Salesforce, SAP and BidManager is an advantage.
+ Analytical mindset, team working, sense of cooperation and ability to manage prioritization.
+ Fluent in English and German

A Personal Assistant to the General Manager is responsible to provide the General Manager with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, making travel arrangements and other general office duties. Assumes full responsibility for all administrative duties in the Executive Office ensuring professional and timely execution of all tasks.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Personal Assistant to General Manager, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Opens incoming mail, dates stamps, distributes accordingly
+ Sends outgoing mail both interoffice and outside of the hotel
+ Routes mail, faxes and other printed matter
+ Prepares and types correspondence and fairly complex numerical/financial reports as instructed
+ Prepares correspondence on behalf of the management
+ Duplicates, copies and distributes and mails materials for the office
+ Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment
+ Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner
+ Uses the property's email system and maintains their email box, as is policy
+ Appropriate business use of telephone and voice mail system
+ Greets internal and external customers in a friendly and professional manner. Announces visitors and/or handles requests, as appropriate
+ Scrutinizes and handles Guest satisfaction scores/ Guest Assistance on a regular basis
+ Scrutinizes daily VIP guests
+ Schedules meetings and records meeting minutes

+ Ability to sit for extended periods of time and continuously performs the essential job functions

+ Ability to effectively transcribe information from handwritten memos and recordings

**What will I be doing?**
As a Switchboard Telephonist, you will accept, deliver and respond to Guest and management messages, enquiries and emergencies using their knowledge of the hotel facilities, services, and the local vicinity to quickly respond to the customer. A Switchboard Telephonist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
+ Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management
+ Ensure all wake up calls take place at the correct time
+ Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and service and use up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when the appropriate
+ Handle emergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required
+ Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
+ Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
