**Role Purpose**:
The Soft Services Supervisor supports the General Manager in overseeing property management operations, focusing on soft services contracts and tenant/common area administration, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves managing day-to-day operations and services to meet the operational mandate.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **
Budgeting & Expense Control**: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and expense management for soft services. Manage purchase orders, stock registers, and cost-effective service management.
- ** Building Management & Administration**: Oversee day-to-day and emergency maintenance. Manage soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping) and ensure compliance with SLAs, conduct inspections (housekeeping, OHS, reinstatement, vacant premises), and monitor energy and municipal accounts. Maintain key control, issue parking permits, handle tenant queries, and implement emergency plans.
- ** Tenant Installations & Upgrades**: Manage soft services-related on-site projects and assist with tenant inspections and handovers.
- ** People Management**: Oversee performance management, staff training, and development, including managing the handyman.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Soft Services supervision.
- Project management experience and facilities management knowledge.
- Understanding of building services maintenance, with mechanical/plumbing knowledge a plus.
- Health and Safety Management knowledge preferred.
**Skills Required**:
- Analytical skills, problem solving, attention to detail, ability to delegate. Innovative, organization and planning skills, financial & business acumen, co-coordinating skills, marketing
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written); excellent communication skills.

- Formulating and implementing best practice strategies and concepts
