Notre nouvel atelier situé dans la région de Casablanca-Settat assurera la maintenance de nouveaux types de moteurs d'avions civils (LEAP) qui équipent notamment l'Airbus A320neo et le Boeing 737Max.

Le Directeur Administratif et Financier (DAF) est en charge de piloter le déploiement de la stratégie financière au sein de la Société, en conformité avec la politique Groupe et aux dispositions réglementaires en vigueur. Vous devrez également piloter la performance de l'entreprise et organiser les plans d'actions visant son amélioration.
Les missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Définir, maintenir et faire évoluer, si nécessaire, les outils et procédures internes des activités sous sa responsabilité et en conformité avec les règles du Groupe
- Piloter la performance et le plan d'amélioration continue associé de son organisation dans le respect des objectifs de la BSC de la société
- Piloter le processus budgétaire et établir le budget annuel à soumettre à la validation de la Direction Générale et du Conseil d'Administration
- Superviser l'ensemble des activités comptables et de gestion de trésorerie et œuvrer à l'optimisation de la gestion et de la situation financière de l'entreprise sur les court et moyen termes
- Suivre la conformité financière et fiscale de la Société vis-à-vis des dispositions réglementaires en vigueur
- Mener les relations avec les organismes financiers et administrations
- Contrôler les engagements juridiques de l'entreprise (assurances, sous-traitance,.) en centralisant et validant l'ensemble des contrats établis, coordonner les conseils juridiques dans les dossiers spécifiques et mener une veille juridique afin de maintenir le respect de la législation en vigueur
- Piloter la BSC de l'entreprise et gérer le plan d'action performance associé en coordination avec l'ensemble des secteurs de l'entreprise
**Complementary Description**
- Déployer et superviser les activités de contrôle de gestion et de reporting ; diriger la préparation et organiser les instances de gouvernance de l'entreprise et tenir le secrétariat du CAS
- Déployer le dispositif de contrôle interne au sein de la Société et le faire évoluer dans un objectif de conformité ainsi que d'amélioration de la performance (maturité des processus, efficacité des plans d'actions, identification des actions de progrès.)
- Mettre en œuvre et piloter le processus de gestion des risques au sein de la Société en cohérence avec les actions de contrôle interne et de pilotage de la performance
- Manager ses équipes dans une optique de travail collaboratif et mettre en œuvre les moyens nécessaires pour favoriser leur développement professionnel
- Maintenir, faire évoluer et décliner les référentiels et standards contribuant à l'optimisation de l'environnement du travail
- Mettre en place les moyens nécessaires à la réalisation du Plan de Moyen Terme de l'entreprise (budget sectoriel, charge capacité et moyens techniques associés)
En complément, et dans le cadre du projet de création de cette nouvelle entité, vous effectuerez des missions d'expert-comptable telles que : arrêté des comptes, formalités fiscales et administratives auprès des autorités, paramétrage du système d'information (P83), construction de la liasse de consolidation et le reporting mensuel

**What will I be doing?**
A Bartender will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner
+ Create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc.
+ Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required
+ Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
+ Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
+ Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
+ Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
