Le Directeur Administratif et Financier (DAF) est en charge de piloter le déploiement de la stratégie financière au sein de la Société, en conformité avec la politique Groupe et aux dispositions réglementaires en vigueur. Vous devrez également piloter la performance de l'entreprise et organiser les plans d'actions visant son amélioration.
Les missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Définir, maintenir et faire évoluer, si nécessaire, les outils et procédures internes des activités sous sa responsabilité et en conformité avec les règles du Groupe
- Piloter la performance et le plan d'amélioration continue associé de son organisation dans le respect des objectifs de la BSC de la société
- Piloter le processus budgétaire et établir le budget annuel à soumettre à la validation de la Direction Générale et du Conseil d'Administration
- Superviser l'ensemble des activités comptables et de gestion de trésorerie et œuvrer à l'optimisation de la gestion et de la situation financière de l'entreprise sur les court et moyen termes

**Complementary Description**

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Architect who possesses a strong technical acumen and functional expertise in Dynamics F&O (cloud). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics F&O deployments, as well as facilitating smooth migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in Dynamics 365 and F&O engineering, architecture, or similar roles.
· Extensive experience in the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics F&O
· Demonstrated expertise in implementations and the management of ERP software, including integration with third-party systems.
· Ability to create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions.
· Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering productive collaboration.
Required Skill Set:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
· Experience in system integration and interfacing with third-party systems.
· Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices.
· Experience in delivering technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Technical Skills:
+ · Experience in Dynamics F&O/AX migration and modernization projects.
+ Background experience in Dynamics 365customer service and sales functionality, customizations, and administration.
+ · Knowledge of system integration and interfacing techniques.
+ Starter Kit configuration. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development will be required
+ · Understanding of ERP system administration and best practices.
+ · Experience with version control systems and development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
+ · Proficiency in documenting technical designs and system configurations.
+ Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online
+ Knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules, Customer service, Omnichannel, Sales and Field Service etc.
