**About the role**:

- The Facility Administrator will assist the Morocco Facilities Manager (MFM) in ensuring that all facility services are delivered to our internal customers as per best practice standards, in accordance to the requirements and as per the contracts signed with the various service providers
- The Facility Administrator will be managing the day-to-day activities of the facility assigned to him
- The Facility Administrator will supervise specific tasks as requested by the Facility Manager and provide management support as needed to all program components
- Responsible for the ISO14001/45001 Management System of assigned sites

**About you**:

- **Manage Facilities Management Operations for Shore 31** (Casanearshore) at the Orange Business Competency Center location in Casablanca. The Facility Administrator will be responsible for the efficient operation of the floors under Orange Business responsibility.
- Deliver day to day services to the Orange Business Morocco (OBM) teams located at Shore 31 to ensure occupants comfort and support business needs
- Work closely with internal customers, peers and subordinates to foster close win-win working relationship, provide quick answer to expressed needs or concerns
- Support the efficient maintenance of the facility in a cost-effective manner, implementing the Facilities Management norms over Shore 31.
- Record keeping for all activities i.e. Repairs, maintenance, etc. for Shore 31, using Orange Business internal tools
- Other administrative duties as directed by the MFM
- Documentation & Processes. Ensure adequate documentation and processes are in place to support the site. These documents and processes are to allow continuous operation of the site regardless of staff movements, availability, and transition.
- **Governance.** Operate the facilities in a manner that complies with local laws and regulations. Implement company security and facilities related policies.
- **Contract Management for Outsourced Services**:

- **Critical Systems.** Coordinate with technical maintenance supplier that all critical systems including UPS power, air conditioning, alarm systems, and fire suppression systems are fully operational and maintained as per schedule.
- **Security.** Coordinate with security systems supplier and security agent services that all security Orange Business procedures and recommendations are applied as deemed mandatory.
- **Housekeeping**: Manage the housekeeping of the site, including the services provided by sub-contractors. Ensure the site is always clean, neat and tidy, and well organized.
- **Maintenance. **Coordinate with maintenance suppliers that premises are kept to a high standard of repair.
- **Reception and Mail Services**. Ensure the reception service operates efficiently and effectively, including the handling of mail and courier services.
- **General Facilities Services. **Ensure that all general facilities services such as meeting rooms, reprographic facilities, storage and many other general facilities services are operated efficiently and to a high degree of internal staff satisfaction.
- **Provide Consistent and Regular Status reporting **to the Morocco Facility Manager indicating the progress in all areas of the portfolio
- Provide pro-active and quality communication to occupants and the MFM. Anticipate facilities related issues in advance, create and implement action plans.
- Communicate all Policy related guidelines, important information from time to time to all occupants.
- **ISO Management Systems**
- Pilots the deployment of ISO14k/45k in a logic of integration in the various services of the site
- Evaluates the system and organizes the detection of non-conformities (regulatory non-conformities, non-compliance with procedures, insufficient environmental results, etc.) and organizes internal audits
- Provides reporting and progress status in management/operational reviews
- Ensures the durability of the ISO Management System tools and documentation
- Collaborates with the appointed stakeholders to ensure the regulatory watch of the site.
- Manages the identification of HSE risks and impacts related to the site activities
- Ensures competence and consideration of HSE training needs both for internal and external Orange Business staff
- Plans and organizes internal audits in collaboration with other Orange Business Stakeholders
- Leads preventive/corrective action plans
- Ensures internal/external communication (management committee, intranet, sharepoint, dedicated awareness, etc.)
- Animates (forms if necessary) the network of local actors of the various services so that they integrate the environment into their daily activities
- Raising awareness of the Orange Business staff about HSE impacts related to their activities
- **Document Management**
- Draws from the Orange Business ISO Management Systems models the documents relating to the sites required by the standard (ISO45k or ISO14k)
