Au sein de l’équipe du département Commercial et Marketing, vous aurez pour mission de développer les ventes des services et des produits publicitaires destinés aux marques, aux annonceurs et aux agences.

Le challenge est d’animer et de développer les comptes existants, leur proposer des offres et des solutions publicitaires leur permettant d’accroitre leurs objectifs de communications diverses.

Vous aurez comme mission aussi de détecter les opportunités dans le marché local et développer un réseau de clients actifs dans le digital.

Vos missions:

- Développer le portefeuille client et proposer un plan de prospection en adéquation avec la stratégie commerciale
- Génération des leads suivant une pige publicitaire
- Préparation des offres et des présentations commerciales
- Tenir des négociations avec les clients
- Initier, accompagner et former les clients dans leurs achats publicitaires
- Organiser des réunions physiques ou via Zoom pour présentation du support et sonder le besoin des clients
- Répondre aux briefs des annonceurs et respecter les délais prévus
- Assurer le reporting client et coordonner avec les équipes des autres départements pour assurer les deadlines des projets clients
- Assurer le reporting de l’activité commerciale à la direction
- Fidéliser, développer les budgets clients et assurer la reconduction des partenariats
- Assurer la gestion client et développer la relation avec les interlocuteurs
- Évaluer les budgets des annonceurs et ceux de l’achat media digital au Maroc
- Remonter les besoins du marché à la direction commerciale et proposer les nouvelles tendances

Profil recherché
- Dynamique, doté d’un excellent relationnel et d’une aisance et une force de conviction à formuler et à vendre des solutions publicitaires digitales
- Vous avez une expérience significative dans les ventes de services idéalement chez un support ou une entreprise opérant dans le milieu de la communication digitale,
- Vous êtes doué en relation client, en négociation et en prospection
- Vous avez un esprit d’analyse et d’écoute et vous êtes force de proposition
- Vous êtes orientés résultats et vous gérez votre planning de façon à atteindre vos objectifs
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et à créer des synergies de collaborations avec les autres départements
- Habilité à gérer les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs
- Vous êtes passionné du digital et des médias

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience au moins de 3 ans dans les ventes et l’accompagnement client chez un acteur opérant dans le digital
- Bac+3, Bachelor ou équivalent
- Ouvert à la mobilité et aux déplacements
- Arabe, Français courant et Anglais

Identify appropriate site locations and negotiate with property owners with the goal of signing a contract for installing ATM systems. Targets will be high traffic locations (e.g. high street retailers, shopping malls, touristic areas, etc).
- Develop and manage a pipeline of identified potential locations.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative targets set by Management to ensure that locations selected meet the financial and transactional objectives.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with property owners for the lifetime of the contract.
- Participate in the installation and deployment project planning process collaborating with the Operations Department, as well as any external subcontractors.
- Closely monitor daily, weekly and monthly the performance of the installed ATMs and provide agreed upon reporting to Management. Provide recommendations to improve performance (e.g. branding).
- Perform frequent field visits to monitor and ensure the quality of the installed ATMs under management.
- Regularly interact with external stakeholders (e.g. property management companies, local authorities) to ensure a smooth contracting and installation process.

**Requirements**:

- University degree (preferably but not a requirement) or High school in Business Administration or similar discipline. Professional training in Sales will be considered an asset
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Real Estate, ATM acquiring, or Tourism sectors)
- Proven track record in achieving aggressive growth targets and building strong relationships with clients
- Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently across the territory of responsibility
- English intermediate knowledge (both verbal and written)
- Clean B category driving license
- User level knowledge of MS Office
