Overview

**4. Développement Commercial & Réseau Affilié**
- Création et animation d’un **réseau de commerciaux indépendants** au Maroc et en Afrique.
- Structuration des **offres commerciales et tarification**.
- Développement de **partenariats stratégiques et expansion des canaux de distribution**.

**5. Expansion Marché & Gestion des Relations B2B**
- Organisation et animation de **réunions commerciales B2B** avec clients et partenaires stratégiques.
- Déplacements ponctuels pour renforcer la **présence terrain et la crédibilité du groupe**.
- Accompagnement des clients dans l’**internationalisation de leurs activités**.

**6. Reporting, KPI & Optimisation**
- Mise en place de **tableaux de bord analytiques** pour suivre la performance marketing & commerciale.
- Optimisation continue des **campagnes digitales et stratégies commerciales** en fonction des résultats obtenus.
- Pilotage des objectifs de **croissance et ROI** sur toutes les actions entreprises.

**Profil recherché**

**Expérience** : Minimum 5 **ans prouvés** en **marketing digital, business development et expansion commerciale**.
**Compétences obligatoires**:

- **Marketing digital & Odoo CRM** : Gestion de campagnes, automatisation marketing et CRM avancé.
- **Génération de Leads & Acquisition Client** : Stratégies de conversion optimisées.
- **Développement Commercial & Expansion B2B** : Création et gestion de partenariats.
- **Animation de Réseau Commercial & Gestion d’Affiliés** : Coordination et suivi des commerciaux indépendants.
- **B2B & Prospection** : Expérience confirmée dans les **réunions clients, closing et expansion des ventes**.
- **Expérience en Afrique et au Maroc** : Maîtrise du marché et du cycle de vente.

As a **Business Development, Sales, and Marketing Intern**, you will play a dynamic role in our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop various skills while helping students find the right universities and supporting our outreach and marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research universities worldwide and compile detailed university lists for our team to help students choose the best fit for their goals.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with universities and assist in establishing connections.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and help close deals.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including brainstorming content ideas, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content to establish a strong online presence.
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to improve marketing strategies.

- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Interest in higher education and university admissions.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box for marketing campaigns.
