The Paid Search Campaign Marketer is responsible for strategizing and executing paid search campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This role requires an individual who can develop and optimize search marketing campaigns to drive measurable business results while efficiently managing marketing budgets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign setup, keyword research, performance analysis, and strategic optimization. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and continuously improve campaign performance.

**Key Responsibilities** :
_Strategy & Campaign Development_
+ Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive revenue, direct response, qualified leads, and new user acquisition
+ Maintain and analyze the results of Google Ad accounts to identify patterns and trends that can help improve the efficiency of our products and services
+ Execute targeted campaigns using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Pmax, ensuring alignment with business objectives
+ Maintain in-depth understanding of available tactics within ad programs on Google and Microsoft
+ Define and own the overarching paid search strategy and deliver activation excellence across search platforms and tactics
+ Develop keyword strategies based on thorough research and competitive analysis
+ Support team on feed management and strategy
+ Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.)
+ Make recommendations and implement changes to improve website efficiency and performance
_Performance Analysis & Optimization_
+ Track key metrics, identifying trends, optimizing campaigns for better performance, and providing insights to improve the effectiveness of paid search advertising strategies
+ Utilize tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel to analyze campaign performance
+ Measure performance soon after implementation to understand the full impact of ad formats like Responsive Search Ads
+ Create and optimize landing pages, following marketing best practices
+ Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms
+ Continuously test creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment
+ Measure and report performance of website traffic and all digital marketing
+ Provide recommendations and next steps based on insights or learnings derived from optimization efforts
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ 8 years of experience in paid search marketing with demonstrated success in campaign management.
+ Deep proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, coupled with hands-on experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to convey strategies and results effectively.
+ Hands-on experience with enterprise-level search management platforms, specifically SA360 (Search Ads 360).
+ Experience with e-commerce advertising is highly desirable; product feed management expertise using Google Merchant Center or third-party tools is a significant advantage.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
+ Business acumen to work closely with teams to identify and fully understand business needs and campaign performance objectives.
+ Adaptable with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Experience with multiple bid strategies and campaign types.
+ Ability to gather research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications
+ SEO, PPC, or digital marketing experience beyond paid search
+ Experience developing annual budget planning and KPI setting
+ Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms

Your Role as an Intern in Brand Management:

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The **Marketing Specialist, New Models** oversees marketing campaigns and execution for one of our global new models suppliers. This will include development of marketing plans specific to this segment and development of programs to support the global business plan. With a strong understanding of demand generation tactics, you will have previously planned and executed campaigns that target and nuture specific personas to leads, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. You will work closely with the Product Marketing and Commercial Sales teams in the development and implementation of campaigns. You will develop and maintain a high level of rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Activities**
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:
+ Assist in execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, communication, and digital marketing to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget.
+ Provide campaign execution tracking, can communicate next steps, and manage timelines with internal/external stakeholders.
+ Oversee the payment process for supplier/partner activities/funding/budgets in Arrow systems.
+ Serve as the point of contact for all stakeholders involved in marketing projects and recruiting, including internal teams and external vendors.
+ Create and maintain project documentation, including project briefs/proposals, status reports, and presentations.
+ Measure and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
+ Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing and project management and apply best practices to projects.
+ Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
+ Ensure that active campaign trackers are kept current with all relative information pertaining to projects.
+ Collaborate with local marketing teams and be point-of-contact for marketing activities internally for the supplier.
+ Development of partner GTM plan to ensure continued adoption of supplier products by Commercial partners.
+ Plan and execute successful demand generation campaigns globally.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
The candidate should as a minimum have the following experience:
+ Minimum of 5 years of related experience
+ Minimum 2 years in a channel marketing role preferable
+ Demand generation experience, holding KPIs for lead generation
+ Experience in planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns internationally.
+ Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects at one time
+ Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written
