**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
- Lead leasing efforts including negotiations, renewals, and onboarding of new tenants
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for property performance
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for acquisition or repositioning
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, lease agreements, and health/safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and asset management
- Use property management systems to track lease terms, financial performance, and maintenance logs
**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial real estate management or related field
- Ability to work majority European business hours (GMT+1)
- Proven success in leasing, tenant relations, and property operations
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of accountability
- Fluent in English

**What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?**

From order load, the Customer Service Associate takes care of backlog management actions through, to invoice and delivery of parts to nominated customers. Customer Service Associate also manages customer reserved inventory to meet all related goals and objectives for both Arrow and the Customer.

+ **Advance level of English,** plus one of the following languages in advance level, **Spanish** .
