**About the Role**
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our pre-sales technical strategy and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our commercial retail customers. You will bridge the gap between business and technology, leveraging your deep expertise in convenience POS systems, retail automation, and emerging technologies to architect scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
**What You'll Do**
· Lead pre-sales technical engagements: scope projects, develop demos/POCs, respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ, and craft compelling technical proposals.
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
· Advocate for our suite of products and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
· Identify and address unique customer needs by coordinating with product and technical teams.
· Document and share solution designs and best practices for ongoing reference and improvement.
· Develop client-facing demos and contribute insights to product development teams.
· Support product rollouts, provide training, and troubleshoot critical deployments.
· Stay at the forefront of industry trends-fuel retail transformation, payment innovations, loyalty programs, and automation.
· Travel frequently across the MEA region to engage directly with customers and partners.
**Education/ Achievements**
_Required_
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
- Azure or AWS Public Cloud knowledge and related cloud technologies
- High level understanding of XML, JAVA, REST, SOAP.etc
- High level understanding of MS-SQL
- Working knowledge with APIs integration including RESTful APIs

- Knowledge of CAD and/other
- Business Degree

- Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role
