**Vos missions :**
**Optimisation des processus logistiques :**
+ Mettre en place et faire évoluer les procédures de gestion des flux physiques.
+ Améliorer la productivité via l'optimisation des systèmes d'information.
**Sécurité & environnement :**
+ Garantir le respect des règles HSE (zéro accident, port des EPI, 5S.).
+ Participer à la conformité aux normes ISO 9001 et 14001.
**Méthodes logistiques & qualité :**
+ Définir les moyens techniques et humains nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs.
+ Suivre les KPI Supply Chain et piloter les analyses qualité (QRQC, AMDEC.).
**Amélioration continue & logistique 4.0 :**
+ Piloter des projets d'optimisation des flux internes/externes.
+ Animer des groupes de travail transverses (Kaizen, bootcamps.).

**Profil recherché :**
+ **Formation** : Bac+5 en ingénierie (logistique, supply chain, production).

**Missions principales :**
+ Être le contact logistique pour les commerciaux et clients.

**Responsabilités :**
+ Effectuer les interventions électriques conformément aux plans journaliers.
+ Réaliser les travaux d'entretien préventif électrique.
+ Garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements en toute sécurité.
+ Analyser les défaillances répétitives en collaboration avec les opérateurs.
+ Participer activement aux exercices de sécurité.
+ Respect strict des consignes d'hygiène.
**Sécurité et Normes Alimentaires :**
+ Appliquer rigoureusement les exigences du groupe en matière de sécurité.
+ Identifier les dangers potentiels et signaler toute anomalie.
+ Contribuer à la qualité et à l'hygiène.
**Compétences Requises :**
+ Maîtrise du processus industriel et des principales technologies de chaque atelier.
+ Capacité à gérer une équipe et à concevoir des procédures de maintenance.
+ Rigueur dans le travail et aptitude à améliorer les procédures existantes.
+ Connaissance des règles d'hygiène et de propreté, ainsi que le respect des normes QSE et BRC.
+ Bonne communication, disponibilité pour les interventions et sens de l'organisation.
**Diplôme :**
+ Bac+4 en électromécanique.
**Outils Techniques :**
+ Maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation PCTOPP et SAP.
+ Connaissance en bureautique (Outlook).
+ Utilisation d'instruments de mesure.

**Job Overview**
The Customer Field Engineer has the responsibility to work according to common quality requirements and regulations in order to build up quality customer intimacy and to be the quality voice of the customer. **Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Engineering Teams are process leaders for stamping, molding or assembly related topics, ensuring the processes are running at optimum levels for quality and output. They are experts in mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and assembly techniques, possessing extensive knowledge of the associated manufacturing processes which may include the optimization and standardization of stamping / molding / assembly or other processes within the manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Engineering Teams enable the TE business unit plants to reach TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) requirements, roll out Centers of Excellence (COE), Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP's) and advise plants on tool and machine duplications / corrections / improvements. They design and develop manufacturing process and automation platforms and apply them for the realization of new product developments as well as optimization of existing products already in production. The Teams also support Product Development in the selection and optimization of tools for piece part production and the selection of the most suitable manufacturing concepts relative to planned manufacturing quantities, quality requirements and manufacturing location. They act as interface between engineering and production to ensure manufacturability of new designs and smooth production ramp up as well as support the research & development teams to produce sample manufacturing equipment, product samples and prototypes.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Entire Process development technical leader Including Process Define, Ball Parking, cost optimization
- Concept design for cable assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design
- Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and cost feasibility
- Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.
- Create concept and specification for request of serial assembly (manual, semi-automatic, full-automatic) in cooperation with the responsible team member
- Configuration of the best possible equipment / processes to create cost calculation for management presentation/decision
- Discuss, review and approve design for of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.
- Follow up the documentations for equipment qualification using TE standard
- Follow up of cost, timing and quality in NPI or strategic projects
- Lead the PFMEA or process under development
- Control of progress steps during tool / equipment build phase (global supply base)
- Check of tool / equipment for release acc. Specification
- Run Acceptance test (at supplier / plant) of the equipment for release acc. Specification ( )
- Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.
**What your background should look like:**
- Engineering degree ( Bac+5) with a specialization in Automation, Industrial, or mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years of experience in cable assembly industry.
- Experience and Extensive knowledge in the field of cable assembly technologies ( cutting, crimping, welding, etc)
- Experience and knowledge in the development of customized machines.
- Extensive understanding of LEAN manufacturing processes.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Customer orientation and high level of commitment.
- Good English and communication skills.
