Nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Lead Generation Manager**, pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.
Intervenant principalement dans un environnement BtoB principalement international, vous serez en charge de transformer les prospects en leads qualifiés, de développer, d’adapter, de formaliser et de communiquer les règles commerciales et marketing avec l’équipe.
Fonctions : marketing et commerciales.
Les missions:
- **Identification des leviers de génération de leads** adaptés à chaque problématique
- **Analyse du parcours des prospects** pour qu’ils passent de la découverte des produits ou des services à l'achat
- **Élaboration des segmentations et des stratégies** de maturation de prospects (lead nurturing)
- **Optimisation des différents canaux de génération de leads** en fonction des objectifs (SEO, SEA, content marketing, réseaux sociaux, blogging, retargeting, programmatique, etc.)
- **Gestion du CRM** au travers d’outils de marketing automation ou sur une base de données interne
- **Optimisation des campagnes en cours**:
- **Mesure du ROI **(Return On Investment) en termes d'acquisition pour améliorer le ciblage, la segmentation et la connaissance des profils clients
- **Pilotage des reportings et dashboards.**
**Expérience**: 3 ans d’expériences dans la génération de leads et le marketing digital.
**Connaissances**: Une compréhension du positionnement d’un produit, de ses cycles de ventes et des concepts de retour sur investissement marketing sont nécessaires. Des postes précédents dans la vente en tant que commercial sont un plus. Cette expérience apporte une perspective et un équilibre pour le travail d’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise.
**Technologie**: Techniquement compétent pour juger les différents programmes qui gèrent les demandes (CRM, market automation, etc.).
**Savoir-être**: Rigoureux(se), aimant les chiffres et les process. Excellente capacité à communiquer et à manager une équipe. Agile et dynamique.
**Langues**: français + anglais

Reporting directly to the head of marketing in Digimind Rabat you will have the global mission of** identifying and **bringing new business opportunities to the sales team.**
Key responsibilities include:
- **Leads qualification**: Gather information about the lead, verify that the information provided are correct and assign every lead according to our market groups
- **Prospects outreach**: Prospect new leads on social networks, forums & platforms for the sales team.
- **Live Chat**: Provide support to visitors of our website and assign potential prospects to the sales team.

- **A degree** in business, marketing, or other related field
- Complete **professional fluency in English **and** Spanish**:
