We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage a team of Dutch-speaking Outbound Sales Agents supporting a leading European energy provider. In this role, you will drive performance, coach and empower agents, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, full-cycle sales interactions. You’ll help foster a positive, accountable culture where agents engage customers confidently without scripts and with strong cultural sensitivity. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents focused on the Belgian residential market. • Drive performance through clear KPIs, coaching, and regular feedback sessions. • Promote an empowered team environment, emphasizing empathy, logic, and customer rapport. • Facilitate daily team huddles, refreshers, and individual coaching to strengthen agent skills. • Ensure agents manage entire customer conversations—from initial outreach to sale closure—without scripts. • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, quality scores, and customer experience metrics. • Prepare and present performance reports, identifying gaps and initiating corrective actions. • Partner with QA and Training teams to align on development areas and performance trends. • Ensure data accuracy in CRM tools and support adherence to operational processes. • Provide floor support and oversee new agent onboarding within the team.
Profil Recherché
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); proficiency in French and/or English is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of experience in a contact center or BPO team leadership role. br>• Experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. < r>• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop performance-oriented teams. < r>• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and customer lifecycle metrics. < r>• Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools; strong organizational skills. < r>• High cultural awareness, ideally familiar with Belgian customer expectations. < r>• Analytical, process-focused, and confident in managing team escalations.

As an Senior Data Scientist at Oracle MADC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Oracle offerings. You will be part of an innovative team who works with cutting-edge technologies to bring AI capabilities into Oracle products. In this role you will:
·Design, develop, and maintain AI and ML models (including Generative AI), ensuring
it meets the high standards required by Oracle.
·Perform data processing, cleansing and quality verification (Data Engineering)
·Ensure data curation by implementing proper labeling and classifications.
·Leverage NLP techniques to categorize textual inputs while considering different aspects such as NL intent complexities etc.
·Conduct rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the models' accuracy
and efficiency.
·Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning,applying innovative techniques and methodologies to continually enhance our
systems.
·Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into
robust technical solutions.
·Participate in the full lifecycle of the project, from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.
Requirements
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine
Learning, Data Science or a related field.
·A minimum of 2 years of experience developing machine learning algorithms and data science.
·Extensive knowledge of large language models and natural language processing
techniques.
·Good knowledge of SQL.
·Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
·Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex
projects.
·Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of
working effectively in cross-functional teams.
·Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software products within a fast-
