Our platform allows small and medium-sized businesses dealing with taxes, finance and accounting, to automate workflows. Using our platform, companies can manage internal tasks, as well as communicate with their customers, exchanging messages and documents, invoicing and accepting payments.

At TaxDome we are looking for a Sales representative who is fluent in English. Sales Representatives are one of the first lines of contact with all new customers and along with their team, Sales Representatives establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer base. Are you a fast learner, a team player, do you like a challenge, and are not shy when it comes to talking to customers? Come join us!

**Monthly fee**:6.00$/hour starting salary, rising to 1800$/month after finalizing successfully the training period. You will receive your first payment after successfully passing the training period. If you don't pass it you won't receive the payment.

**Work format**:full-time, EST

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing support in live onboarding sessions and phone calls in the local language or variations of it
- Cold outreach per Call Campaigns
- Reporting of Product & Marketing Feedback to the specific team
- Reach target Conversion Rate in the region
- Reach target # Trial Users in the region
- Reach quarterly goals

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English and any other will be advantage

Ferring+You

Present and inform the doctors, pharmacist and Hospitals about the company products in order to obtain the prescription in his/ her territory.

Your day at Ferring- Visit Doctors, Pharmacists and Hospitals in order to inform on products according to the marketing strategy and with the frequency and number of impacts approved for each segment of doctor.- Build up and maintain a relationship with these stakeholders. Assist to Scientific congresses determined by the company.- Classification of doctors and other stakeholders of the area according to the segmentation and targeting criteria. Proposal of new doctors to add to the files, changes or removals.- Track the prescription habits of the doctor, check his/her consideration of our products, ensure which is the prescription potential and his/her influence in other doctors.- Inform in an accurate, updated and according to the company's strategy about our products: use of marketing material, clarification of doubts and concerns of doctors about the products, opposition to objections, advantages compared to the competency.- Ensure that other departments complete this information to the doctor if necessary.- Obtain information from the market about the doctors' concerns on our products, the competence and test our own marketing strategy and materials. Obtain information about possible public tenders, launchment of competence products, cost containment measures, Health authorities possible instructions to doctors.- Propose activities in their territory (invitation to congresses, participation of doctors as lecturers, organization of clinical sessions ) that helps to promote our products always in compliance with ethics standards and ensuring the Return on Investment.- Organize the proposals approved according to the budget assigned.- Manage the budget assigned ensuring the return of investment.- Inform timely and in manner about the daily activity and the next weeks planification and present on time expenses report or any other requested by the company.

CONTEXT

Strategic Account Acceleration (SAA) - Strategic Account Managers (SAM) team member are professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with hospital management teams and clinical teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

As Medtronic Team of Strategic Account Acceleration - Strategic Account Manager / Specialist You will connect with strategic accounts / clients, understand, and analyze their most pressing business problems to deliver high value services which improve their productivity, quality, and competitiveness. You will deliver well scoped operational excellence and pathway optimization projects at target strategic customers through engaging (IHS) Integrated Health Solutions Team.

As SAM You will be responsible for maintaining and expands professional relationship with strategically important large customers. At assigned customers, Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Strategic Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

You interface with hospital staff (clinical and non-clinical) C-suite and senior management and understand their most pressing problems. As such you are also working as a connection between IHS consulting, business development colleagues and the clients you serve. Additionally, you will interact with multiple stakeholders within the Medtronic organization, including the Integrated Health Solutions team, market development teams, sales team, etc.

Main job duties / responsibilities are:

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Partner with key hospital stakeholders, influencing them by developing well-articulated situation analysis for change
- Develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and costs benefit solutions
- Manage and execute end-to-end projects, leading to quantified economic value
- Map, understand and assess clinical pathways and patient journeys within a hospital or health system settings
- Understand and outline population health trends and impacts on the patient journey and outcomes
- Work with accounts to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations
- Drive data analytics around clinical, operational and financial outcomes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced Education Degree (Masters)
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic

JOB EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience over 7+ years including relevant experience in business development
- Healthcare Industry knowledge or experience
- Experience dealing with hospitals’ clinical leaders, staff, and C-suite/Sr. Management/stakeholders
- Experience with working and communicating in international environments, preferably in matrix organizations
