**Job Overview**
Assists more senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery in order to optimize quality and output levels.
**Your main tasks**
− Ensures the definition and update documents to posts / training modules related to the molding and extrusion process .
- Obtain setup parameters for the machines and input them into injection molding press.
− ensure the industrialization of new tools and injection part .

Upgrade and continuous improvement of tooling and injection process machinery
− Performs stopwatch, analyses the movements and improves the ergonomics of workstations.

− Creation of Process Documentation & Work Instructions acc. to Quality standards
− Assure Engineering changes and new products.
− Follow up TEOA specific KPI and Reporting standards.
− Monitor OEE, Scrap rate and Line efficiency and lead action plans to enhance these metrics

**Your ideal background**
-Masters or engineering Diploma Required

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

- Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and cost feasibility
- Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.
- Create concept and specification for request of serial assembly (manual, semi-automatic, full-automatic) in cooperation with the responsible team member
- Configuration of the best possible equipment / processes to create cost calculation for management presentation/decision
- Discuss, review and approve design for of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.
- Follow up the documentations for equipment qualification using TE standard
- Follow up of cost, timing and quality in NPI or strategic projects
- Lead the PFMEA or process under development
- Control of progress steps during tool / equipment build phase (global supply base)
- Check of tool / equipment for release acc. Specification
- Run Acceptance test (at supplier / plant) of the equipment for release acc. Specification ( )
- Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.
**What your background should look like:**
- Engineering degree ( Bac+5) with a specialization in Automation, Industrial, or mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years of experience in cable assembly industry.
- Experience and Extensive knowledge in the field of cable assembly technologies ( cutting, crimping, welding, etc)
- Experience and knowledge in the development of customized machines.
- Extensive understanding of LEAN manufacturing processes.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Customer orientation and high level of commitment.
- Good English and communication skills.

**Mission**:
- Développement de Plans de Qualité : Collaborer à l'élaboration de plans de qualité spécifiques au projet, en définissant les critères et les normes à respecter.
- Suivi de la Conformité : Assurer le suivi des processus et des livrables du projet pour garantir qu'ils répondent aux exigences de qualité établies. - Contrôles à Différents Stades : Réaliser des contrôles de qualité à différentes étapes du projet - Analyse des Risques de Qualité : Évaluer les risques liés à la qualité du projet et proposer des stratégies pour les atténuer.
- Révisions de Documentation : Vérifier que toute la documentation du projet respecte les normes de qualité, y compris les spécifications techniques et les rapports de progress.
- Collecte de Feedback : Recueillir des retours d'expérience des parties prenantes sur la qualité des livrables et intégrer ces retours dans les processus d'amélioration.
- Reporting : Produire des rapports de qualité pour la direction du projet, soulignant les résultats des contrôles et les mesures correctives nécessaires.
- Suivi des Actions Correctives : Assurer le suivi des actions correctives mises en place pour résoudre les problèmes de qualité identifiés.
**Profil**:
Ttitulaire d'un BAC+5
Ayant une expérience minimum de 8 ans et plus de le secteur de construction
