**IWS PROCESS LEAD**

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced **PROCESS LEAD** located in Morocco, Tetuan, reporting to Cell Lead (Manufacturing).

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As Process Lead you will be responsible for executing and leading the processes for eliminating losses by utilizing effective problem-solving tools. You will be implementing and adopting existing process control tools to support in delivering the business results of the production line. The key responsibilities will include:

- **KPI's Responsibility**, analyzing and following up production performance of assigned production Lines. Initiating necessary actions for achievement factory Compelling Business Needs (CBN) with JTI standards.
- **Production Process Responsibility,** contacting manufacturing services department to optimize production plan in order to improve both in manning & format conversion durations. Ensure daily business production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation.
- **IWS DMS Responsibility,** participating in daily, weekly and monthly Direction Setting (DDSs) to report results, flag issues and request resources Responsible for ensuring CL ( Centerline ), CO ( Change over), CM ( Change Management ) DMS's required capabilities and management. Reporting process failures, top 3 stoppages and flagging issues to take necessary actions. Analyzing production line losses by preparing Loss Tree matrix for assigned production lines to help identify and prioritize losses. Standardizing equipment and work processes. Owning the change management system for a designated process. Updating process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur

**EDUCATION**

University degree in Engineering, knowledge of IWS is a plus.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**

2-3 years’ experience in a similar job.

**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
**Key Role Expectations**
+ **Project Coordination Assistance:**
+ Support the planning, scheduling, and tracking of HR projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
+ Collaborate with team members to gather information and maintain organized project documentation
+ **Administrative and Logistical Support:**
+ Handle administrative tasks such as preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining action item lists
+ Coordinate logistics for HR-related events, training sessions, or workshops
+ **Data and Reporting Support:**
+ Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to project performance and HR metrics
+ Prepare simple dashboards or summaries to support decision-making
**What your background should look like:**
+ **Educational Background:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduate or in the early stages of their career).
+ Knowledge of HR principles, gained through coursework, internships, or entry-level roles.
+ **Skills and Abilities:**
+ Basic project management knowledge, possibly through academic projects or certifications (e.g., introductory training in Agile, SCRUM, or PRINCE2).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn project management software.
+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
+ Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with guidance from supervisors.

- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, avez une rigueur comptable et une aisance dans la gestion de données.

La connaissance du secteur informatique est un plus.
