Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Recrutement & Intégration pour piloter et structurer notre politique d’acquisition de talents. Votre rôle: Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous êtes garant(e) de la stratégie de recrutement et de l'expérience candidat, de la détection des besoins jusqu'à l’intégration effective des collaborateurs. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’attraction des meilleurs profils, tout en encadrant une équipe de recruteurs dynamiques. Vos missions principales: Élaboration et pilotage de la stratégie de recrutement : - Identifier les besoins en recrutement avec les managers opérationnels. - Définir et mettre en œuvre un plan de recrutement aligné avec les objectifs business. - Participer à l’élaboration du budget RH. Supervision du processus de recrutement : - Gérer l’ensemble du processus : rédaction et diffusion des annonces, sourcing multicanal, entretiens, évaluation, sélection. - Assurer une coordination fluide entre candidats, recruteurs et opérationnels. - Garantir une expérience candidat professionnelle et engageante. Encadrement de l’équipe recrutement : - Manager, former et accompagner une équipe de chargés de recrutement. - Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et des actions d’amélioration continue. Intégration et marque employeur : - Structurer un parcours d’onboarding efficace. - Développer la marque employeur sur les réseaux et lors d’événements RH. - Contribuer à des projets RH transverses (digitalisation, mobilité interne…).
Profil Recherché
- Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, Management ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée : minimum 5 ans dans le recrutement, dont au moins 2 ans à un poste
de management RH.
- Maîtrise des outils de sourcing, ATS, job boards, réseaux professionnels.
- Leadership, sens de l’écoute, force de proposition et capacité à fédérer une équipe.
