**About the Role**:
- The TBIS _leverage data analysis and market insights to drive strategic trade marketing initiatives, optimize sales performance, and enhance overall brand presence in the marketplace.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Price Monitoring**: Analyze pricing across channels to assess market positioning and competitiveness.
- **Trade Promotions**: Evaluate promotion effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- **Sales Discount Management**: Manage trade spend budgets, ensure compliance, calculate compensations with distributors, and support finance for credit notes.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct regular analyses of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking trade marketing KPIs.
- **Forecasting**: Support demand forecasting and inventory management through analytical insights.
- **Collaboration**: Align trade marketing strategies with business goals by working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- **Merchandising**: Monitor and manage merchandising execution and agency performance;
**Who we are looking for**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minumum 4 years in trade marketing or sales analytics, with expertise in promotions, budgeting, and reporting.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and market analysis.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Data Quality Manager for France in expanding, enriching, and maintaining our French media contacts database.
This role is ideal for someone with strong research skills, critical thinking, an interest in media relations, and a passion for data accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Database Growth & Research:
- Identify and research new French media contacts (journalists, editors, influencers, outlets) across print, digital, broadcast, and social media.
- Data Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in the CRM/media database.
- Flag and correct outdated, duplicate, or incorrect entries.
- Categorization & Tagging:
- Organize media contacts by industry, beat, location, and relevance for targeted outreach.
- Assist in segmenting contacts for PR campaigns and media pitching.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Track database growth metrics and provide regular progress reports.
- Suggest improvements for data collection and management processes.
**What you bring**:
- **To complete this internship, it is mandatory to have both : "Internship agreement" and "Internship insurance".**
- Available for a 6 months intership.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Media, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills—ability to find and verify information efficiently.
- Attention to detail—committed to maintaining high-quality, error-free data.
- Proficiency in French (native or fluent) and strong English skills (since reporting may be bilingual).
