Répondre et traiter les demandes de réparation des clients. Communiquer avec les clients afin de résoudre les problèmes de maintenance. Effectuer l’entretien préventif des outils et de l’équipement de la cuisine et de la chambre des appareils mécaniques, y compris le nettoyage et la lubrification. **Key responsibilities**:
**SAFETY**
- Ensure all planned preventive and corrective maintenance and breakdown response activities are executed safely with the aim of reducing risks to as low as reasonably possible
- Ensure the safety of all technicians working within their team, leading by example in their own behaviours and practices
- Ensure all equipment under their responsibility is maintained in accordance with local legislation and standards specified by company global functions
- Protect oneself and those around from unsafe acts.

**PEOPLE/COMMUNICATIONS**

**We are looking for**:

- Engineering or Technical degree from an Accredited university.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in an operational Asset Maintenance.

**What will I be doing?**
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, daily maintenance checks, and repairing mechanical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Maintenance Supervisor will also be required to coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency programs.
