We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our APM FLOW Integration team - based in Tangiers (Morocco)
**Key Responsibilities**:
Automation Framework Development:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate the latest tools and technologies to enhance automation processes.
Test Strategy and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for event-driven data flows and real-time processing systems.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Extensive experience in writing and integrating end to end automation test cases along with integrating it with deployment pipelines.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
**Event-Driven Systems**:
- Working knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ or any other message queue based tool.
- Proficiency in debugging and testing event-driven microservices.
**Data Testing**:
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and tools for data validation (e.g., Apache NiFi or Airflow).

**- Missions**:
- En cohérence avec la stratégie de l’entreprise, définir **un schéma d’organisation, des méthodes de travail, des normes et des procédures qualités** adéquates ;
- Tester et mettre en place **les normes et méthodes** adoptées ;
- Adapter **les référentiels de bonnes pratiques** aux problématiques spécifiques à l’entreprise : CMMI, ITIL, SCRUM,;
- Rédiger **les supports documentaires** (méthodes de développement, procédures de tests,.) et les diffuser auprès des utilisateurs. Dans ce cadre, le responsable qualité et méthodes peut assurer **des formations** ;
- Réaliser **les orientations et guidelines en termes de normes ergonomiques** (UIF) et **expériences utilisateurs** (UX) et les diffuser auprès **des équipes internes** ;
- Manager **les ingénieurs qualité logiciel et spécialistes UX**, les coacher au quotidien et participer à **l’évaluation de leurs performances** ;
- Sensibiliser et convaincre les différentes partie-prenantes de **la nécessité d‘appliquer et de respecter les procédures qualité**moyennant **des formations et séminaires internes** ;
- Participer à la conduite du changement par le biais de formation aux méthodes qualité notamment ;
- Définir, mettre en place et suivre **le tableau de bord qualité** ;
- Évaluer **la rentabilité des méthodes et processus qualité** mis en place ;
- Réaliser **des audits des organisations et des méthodes**de gestion de projets ;
- Analyser **les dysfonctionnements, les problèmes de traçabilité, les marges d’amélioration** des prestations ou des processus dans une optique de réduction des coûts et des délais tout en garantissant **la satisfaction des clients internes ou externes** ;
- Suivre **les méthodes mises en place** et les adapter si nécessaire **aux réalités et aux évolutions de l’activité** de l’entreprise ;
