How You Will Achieve It- Manage multiple projects/ ongoing work activities within the department typically involving cross-functional representatives.- Provides technical, functional guidance and oversight to team members within the department.- Ensure that quality standards are met and that the deliverables meet strict deadlines and fulfil local regulatory standards.- Ensure local licenses under country responsibility are maintained in compliance with local regulations and following corporate policies, regulatory processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).- Work with Global Product Owners and cross functional team to ensure preparation and submission of Global Annual Reports (AR) for NDAs & ANDAs(Abbreviated New Drug Application).- Act as the Regulatory Lead for Life Cycle management (LCM) and work with regulatory strategist and cross functional teams to ensure preparation of quality global regulatory strategy document and supplements/variations.- Update the assigned local product documents in consistency with the local regulations and in the related systems.- Manage and oversee all relevant maintenance activities potentially including Life Cycle management strategy.- Identify and assesses regulatory risks associated with assigned projects and timely communication to the leadership team to quickly mitigate the risks.- Drive resolution of identified issues by communicating issue, impact and outcomes to global regulatory management and core team.- Negotiate with and influences management, cross functional teams and colleagues to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the Regulatory Teams.- Set objectives and manage team performance to achieve best outcomes for business, ensure right training and upskill plans for team.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have- Pharmacist Degree and 5+ years of experience.-

Partant de cette Orientation Royale, l'IRES a fait de la veille prospective une mission principale, qui consiste à comprendre les mutations mondiales et régionales, à anticiper les risques, mais aussi les leviers que ces transformations recèlent pour le Maroc et de proposer des politiques publiques innovantes, adaptées à ces enjeux.
**Missions principales**:
- Le veilleur-Analyste collecte, vérifie, capitalise, analyse et synthétise l’information d’intérêt prospectif pour les transformations en cours et les mutations futures. Son traitement de l'information permet de mettre en évidence les évolutions de moyen et long terme, résultant de sa collecte et les éventuelles corrélations qui apparaissent et qu'il a vérifiées. Il étudie, notamment, les évènements/phénomènes pouvant receler une menace ou une opportunité pour le Royaume.

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.
**What your background should look like**:
Reports directly to Measuring laboratory team leader:
- Analyses the measuring requests
- Understand drawings and define a measuring timeline.
- Define measuring methods
- Identify the tools and accessories to perform the measuring according to defined drawings.
Performs the measurements
- Preparation of the samples (measurements points )
- Machinery programming
- Test fixture preparation or identification (Can work on CAD).
- Performs the measurements according defined drawings (CD, PD )
Collects and analyses test results
- Synthesises all results
- Comments and discuss about measuring results
- Records all observations in order to constitute the technical file in order to update the product file.
Responsible to the lab documentation associated to the measuring request
- Writes the measuring reports.
- Files the lab document into the lab data base
- Comments/and answers all questions from the measuring requester to report them.
- Can launch some more new method of measuring after discussion with requestors
- Regular interactions to understand measurement requirements from internal customers
- Can propose improvement on the Lab area.
Insures the good working order of the measuring equipments
- Identifies the equipment failure
