BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (NPI Buyer)

**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity's Procurement Business Process Teams develop and deploy procurement processes, systems, reporting and audits compliance. They drive continuous improvement throughout the procurement function, develop and maintain procurement systems, tools and databases such as vendor master files, e-procurement quotation tool, procurement web page, supplier portal, SharePoint and the like. They conduct regular external benchmarking to stay abreast of procurement best practices, run procurement reports and perform analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats and needed course correction as well as lead facilitation of procurement training and development.
**Your main tasks**
- Participate & implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry
- Ensure that purchasing policy processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs, regarding price, quality and delivery targets, to optimize performance and productivity
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Establish, Review and Manage contracts with suppliers and ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms while maintaining quality standards.
- To manage and negotiate annual increases proposed by suppliers, ensuring that the proposed increase is market related.
- Use appropriate resources (including Supplier Development) to ensure supplier partnerships and delivery of sourced products
- Manage relationships with suppliers. Select and develop new suppliers
- Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry
- Provide management reports, key performance data and monitor cost
- Ensure parts are sourced in full and aligned to production schedules and customer requirements
- Lead cross-functional project for localization and outsourcing
- Lead and track annual cost saving project
- Ensuring full TE compliance respect
**Your ideal background**
- Master's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required**
**Professional Experience**
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, in direct procurement or related field
- Project management capabilities
- Value stream mapping
**Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills**
- Understanding of the supply chain and value chain in the automotive industry
- Contract Negotiation**: Proven track record in negotiating contracts for direct goods and services in the automotive industry. Ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supplier Management**: Experience in managing supplier relationships in the automotive industry. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, evaluate supplier performance, and address non-performance issues.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
**Strategic KPIs**
- **Cost Savings**: Measures the amount of money saved by implementing procurement strategies and initiatives that result in cost reductions.
- **Procurement Cycle Time**: Measures the time it takes to complete the procurement process, from identifying the need to awarding the contract. Ensures that the procurement process is efficient and effective.
- **Environmental Sustainability**: Measures the organization's impact on the environment through its procurement activities. Ensures that the organization promotes sustainable practices in its procurement processes.
- Lead the process of procurement and documentation
**Operational KPIs**
- **Requisition to PO Conversion Rate**: Measures the percentage of requisitions that are successfully converted to purchase orders. Ensures that the procurement process is effective in meeting the needs of the organization.
- Core material productivity (CMP)
- Delivery STR
- Quality SATI
- Quality SCC

Missions

Évaluer de façon journalière la performance industrielle du site, et communiquer le rapport des indicateurs au responsable Lean.
- Remonter les anomalies détectées durant les tournés Lean, et les irritants déclarés par les différents collaborateurs du site.
- Réaliser les audits 5S des différents ateliers du site pour assurer la pérennité des résultats.
- Assurer la mise à jour des check-list de la maintenance autonome.
- Préparer et valider les fiches de paramètres avec le responsable production.
- Préparer les réunions RQP et RFP.
- Collaborer avec les différents services pour réaliser les plans d’actions retenus des réunions RQP et RFP.
- Mettre en place les standards pour les nouveaux équipements installés.
- Assurer en continue la mise à jour des standards et procédures de travail existantes.
- Participer à la Préparation de la présentation de la revue de performance mensuelle
- Participer aux chantiers d’amélioration continue

Profil recherché:

- Bac+3 Technique, maintenance, amélioration continue, process avec 2 ans d'expériences dans le même poste
- Connaissances des démarches Lean et outils TPM.
- Connaissances de concept Kaizen et amélioration continue
- Bonnes compétences en communication française.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
