- Attend inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way;
- Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures;

**Les missions**:
- Qualification et Résolution des incidents Techniques en provenance du Centre d'Appel et de la surveillance.
procédure et outil de diagnostic, utilisation de fiches solutions)
- Détecter les incidents récurrents via les outils à disposition (Snow, PowerBI, Grafana, Interact, PowerShell), les contextualiser et les analyser techniquement afin d'identifier l'origine puis mettre en place un plan d'action pour minimiser l'impact (exemple : Consigne au Desk) et faire corriger l'anomalie au plus vite (échanges technique avec les experts).
- Optimiser les traitements des incidents afin qu'ils soient traités dés le N1 en maintenant à jour les consignes N1/N2 et en automatisant les gestes techniques par des scripts powershell.
- Enrichissement de notre base de connaissance via les fiches solutions produites.
- Participation active dans les projets et instances à fort risque de déstabilisation des postes de travail. Prévenir les déstabilisations, maintien de la qualité malgré
les évolutions importantes.
- Capacité à aborder les tâches avec une vision d'ensemble, à organiser, planifier, faire le suivi d'actions et savoir restituer l’information
**Les compétences techniques requises sont**:
- Très bonne Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation, des standards Windows et de l’environnement Poste de Travail dans un contexte grande entreprise (GPO/LoginScript, Base de registre, Tache planifiée)
- Environnement technique : Windows 10, Outlook, O365, Teams, Onedrive, Edge, Adobe.
- Bon niveau de connaissance des scripts (PowerShell)
- Capacité à investiguer sur des problèmes techniques transverses
