- Animer **les réunions techniques clés** auprès des clients internes et externes ;
- Superviser **les activités des équipes techniques** et intervenir dans **le processus de production** en cas de besoin ;
- Anticiper et gérer **les risques techniques** liés au développement des projets et produits ;
- Assurer **la validation technique** des items proposés au niveau des sprints produits et projets ;
- Revoir et valider **les livrables techniques** produits par les ingénieurs conception et développement JEE avant livraison aux clients internes ou externes ;
- Suivre régulièrement **les performances** des ingénieurs étude et développement JEE et les coacher dans **leur montée en compétences** ;
- Proposer régulièrement **les améliorations de processus, outils et pratiques** de nature à augmenter la productivité des ingénieurs conception et développement JEE ;

**Profil**:

- **Formation initiale** : BAC+5 en IT

- **Expérience** : Plus de 5 années d’expérience, dont au moins une probante dans un poste équivalent
