Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service. Keep up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes. Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Amazon's Operations Employee Relations (ER) team is looking for a Employee Relations Manager with a demonstrated passion for building and sustaining positive, engaged work environments for associates and leaders, significant employee and labor relations subject matter expertise and proven success as a leader of people.
This position can be based in either of the following locations: Berlin, Germany; London, UK; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Rabat, Morocco.
Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an ER Manager to support European Customer Service Operations which contains both a brick and mortar and remote workforce. The individual must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence Operations managers, and human resources; to analyze multiple levels of associate/manager feedback to identify risks and gaps; to create, audit, and sustain positive workplace relations programs; and to design and conduct positive workplace relations training that drives best practices. The individual should be capable of creating and executing a strategy across EU countries that supports operational goals and objectives.
A day in the life
The ER Manager will work reactively on crisis-oriented situations, traveling as necessary that typically can only be successfully addressed under severe time constraints. The position can be performed virtually outside of the primary markets with minimum travel of 50% or more. Individual must have an ability to detect, and address the hidden risk that are created with a remote population and work to adopt strong engagement plans to mitigate. The ability to dive deep into process and data is important, but equally essential is the ability to communicate effectively and authentically with Ops/HR leaders, frontline managers and associates.
About the team
The CS Employee Experience and Relations team is responsible for reducing risk to the business by creating and executing programs to develop the next generation of high-performing, associate-centric frontline leaders. This team is a tight-knit team of ER professionals, including former HR, operational and legal leaders. We are passionate about improving our leaders' skill sets in associate engagement across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Experience in employee relations, functional human resources or/and labor/employment law
- Experience and solid understanding of employment and labor laws in one or more EU countries
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite systems including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**Job Description**
Votre ambition est de travailler sur des sujets d'envergure au sein du Département Développement Industriel de la Division Interconnexion System Eurasia (ISE) ?

Vous serez rattaché au Développement Industriel de la Division ISE et vous serez responsable du traitement, de l'enrichissement et de la validation technique des données utilisées dans un ou plusieurs outils et processus liés à la production et à l'industrialisation.
Ce rôle s'inscrit dans un périmètre multisites, multi clients et multiproduits.
À ce titre, vous contribuez à la mise à disposition des données techniques (caractéristiques composants, paramètres industriels, homologations fournisseurs) dans les outils utilisés par les services Production, Industrialisation et Achats.

Missions principales :
1. Chargement et traitement des données techniques
- Chargement et gestion des données clients de production pour l'ensemble des sites de la division (multi clients, multiproduits).
- Traitement des anomalies techniques liées aux données fournies par les clients.
- Interface avec les clients pour la réception, l'analyse et la correction des données fonctionnelles et techniques.
2. Mise à jour des paramètres techniques
- Saisie et enrichissement des paramètres techniques des composants dans les outils de gestion.
- Intégration des exigences issues des spécifications techniques clients dans l'outil de production.
- Paramétrage industriel selon les standards d'industrialisation en vigueur.
- Enregistrement des outillages de production autorisés, ainsi que des réglages associés.
3. Gestion des incidents techniques
- Prise en charge des incidents techniques internes (liés à l'industrialisation ou aux données) en collaboration avec les équipes des sites de production.
4. Support à l'industrialisation de nouveaux projets
- Accompagnement des équipes Méthodes lors de l'industrialisation de nouvelles activités, conformément aux standards en place.
- Traitement des caractéristiques et des paramètres industriels pour les nouveaux produits et clients.
5. Création et gestion des composants
- Création des composants dans la base de données technique pour l'ensemble des clients et produits.
- Déclaration des homologations qualité des fournisseurs dans l'ERP, en conformité avec les référentiels clients.
- Collaboration avec les clients et les équipes Achats pour la mise à jour des homologations.
6. Documentation et bonnes pratiques
- Contribution à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des guides utilisateurs et des documentations Méthodes liées aux outils et processus.
- Promotion des bonnes pratiques et du respect des standards métiers dans les outils et processus de son périmètre.
**Job Requirements**
Vous êtes issu-e d'une Formation technique (Bac +2/3 ou plus) avec une bonne compréhension des processus industriels et de production.
Vous avez une expérience en gestion de données techniques (BOM, ERP, PLM.) dans un environnement industriel.
Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, vous avez le sens du service et une bonne capacité de communication. Vous maîtrisez des outils informatiques (ERP, Excel, systèmes de gestion technique).
Une expérience multisites et multi clients est un plus.
