***Responsabilités principales**:
**1.**Pilotage du réseau***:
- Définir la stratégie commerciale et opérationnelle du réseau en cohérence avec les objectifs globaux de l’entreprise.
- Encadrer les responsables régionaux, directeurs d’agences ou chefs de secteur.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, marges, conquête, fidélisation, satisfaction client).
**2.**Développement commercial***:
- Mettre en œuvre les plans d’action pour développer l’activité (produits financiers, assurance, épargne, crédits.).
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de marché et proposer des actions de développement local.
- Garantir la bonne mise en œuvre des offres commerciales au sein du réseau.
**3.**Management & animation***:
- Encadrer et motiver les équipes terrain (réunions, challenges, formations).
- Renforcer la culture client et l’excellence opérationnelle.
- Accompagner le changement dans les projets de transformation (digitalisation, réorganisation, nouveaux outils).
**4.**Optimisation et transformation***:
- Contribuer à la modernisation du réseau (digital, multicanal, CRM).
- Assurer la conformité aux normes réglementaires et éthiques du secteur financier.
- Piloter les projets de rationalisation ou d’expansion du réseau.
**Compétences et qualités requises**:
- Excellente maîtrise des métiers des services financiers (banque, assurance, crédit, épargne).
- Solide expérience en management d’équipes multisites.
- Compétences analytiques (KPI, performance réseau).
- Leadership, sens du terrain, esprit entrepreneurial.
- Capacité à gérer des projets de transformation et d’innovation.
**Profil recherché**:
- **Formation**: Bac+5 (école de commerce, gestion, finance, ou équivalent).
- **Expérience**: 10 ans minimum dans la gestion de réseau ou la direction commerciale dans le secteur financier.
- **Langues**: Français courant, anglais professionnel (souhaité).

**Job Description**:
**Role **Responsibilities**:
- Mobile Device Management, MFA Configuration in End user Systems
- Microsoft O356, One Drive, Share point, Digital Certificates configuration on end user systems
- Responsible for assets management & inventory includes Systems, Laptop’s
- Installing and Configuring VPN's on end user systems
- Troubleshooting basic Network related issues and WIFI issues.
- Knowledge on Google Workspace is additional knowledge
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
- Requesting and coordinating vendor support
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment and office AV equipment
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
- Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements
- Configuration of Network Printers and Shared Printers
- System Related problems, Software Installations, Antivirus updating
- Performing LAN and WAN administration tasks as required.
- Perform both onsite and remote Help Desk tasks end-to-end
- Upgrading Operating System & Antivirus patches in users laptops and desktops
- Troubleshooting issues by administering on client machines remotely using remote desktop (RDP) or by through SCCM
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Any Graduation
- 3 - 5 years System administrator/IT Technician
- Expert level communication skills

To be successful in this role you must by thoroughly comfortable with the Linux, Windows and Macintosh operating system and their operation in a large scale environment. Other qualifications include:
- University degree or equivalent, alternatively at least three years’ work related experience in an IT support role.
- Strong English and French skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Windows skills.
- Experience with shell and other language scripting would be beneficial
- Knowledge of, and experience with modern infrastructure hardware including Cisco, HP and Aruba - LAN / WAN and Wireless. Vendor certifications preferred.
- Robust troubleshooting and strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability required.
- Technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills, project management and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels (technical and business audiences) and in different situations. This includes the ability to develop clear, concise documentation.
- Proven ability to operate in extreme high pressure situations, successfully handle multiple competing priorities and possess a high level of discipline while displaying a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications: Ideally you will be degree educated and hold professional qualification relating to Linux, Cisco and Microsoft and be able to meet the basic qualification requirements.
