**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering end to end projects (ideally in the ERP sector) for medium to large clients. Previous hands-on experience in ERP implementations will be considered an advantage;

We are looking for Project Manager with project management experience of Entertainment Centers projects to join our team in _**Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.**_ Preferably civil engineer with PMP and previous experience in managing mega projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan the site office, organize office equipment installation and establish the site office documentation control system.
- Review the construction program and plan the duties of all personnel according to the construction program.
- Ensure that supervision personnel are instructed at all stages on task requirements.
- Ensure that Contractors comply with drawings and specifications in terms of design, materials, and workmanship standards.
- Maintain a professional relationship with all Contractors and their personnel.
- Review and resolve all deviations concerning the following: contract documents, design specifications, Bills of Quantities and workmanship standards.
- Co-ordinate the approval of modifications with the Client.
- Advise and issue instructions to the Contractor on all corrective action to non-conformances and deviations from the contract documents.
- Monitor, record and report project progress against the agreed program.
- Plan, hold and record regular meetings on site with the Contractor, such as coordination meeting and planning meetings.
- Submit meeting reports and progress reports (weekly or monthly) to the related discipline, Head of Department, Contractor and/or Client.
- Review, approve and record all inspection activities ensuring factual information of any variations, tests, and methods of construction proposed by the Contractor and other documents.
- Check and approve the Contractor’s request for payment and submit approval for these payments.
- Provide final approval of As-Built drawings submitted by the Contractor Minimum
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Bachelor of Engineering with PMP Certification(must).
- Minimum of 20 years experience.
- A demonstrated ability to manage a number of site supervision projects and a team of engineers and support personnel.
- Middle East experience preferred.
- **Must have experience of shopping malls or entertainment center.**
